Not any more!

THey seem to always plan for the sequel, but will then can it if it bombs once the DVDs are released.

Look at Hulk - they didn't plan on a sequel for that one, it tanked at the BO, then made a ton once it was released on DVD< then they green lighted the sequel and had a hard time pinning Bana down for coming back due to him wanting to keep working [img]smile.gif[/img]

It was announced back in January they wanted to do a Hulk 2 Sequel

Avi Arad discussed the Hulk sequel in that interview with MTV Baimun posted last week:

It's no secret, we took a lot of sh-- for Ang Lee's 'Hulk,' for all the wrong reasons," Arad says, insisting that "I had a meeting with Universal [a few] weeks ago. We are going to make a Diet Hulk." Comparing Hulk to the classic image of Frankenstein's monster as a creature with an almost childlike curiosity, Arad says, "In movie one, we couldn't get into the curiosity thing. Hulk having a butterfly land on his hand? He would never [smash it]. The Hulk would be curious. He is like a baby, in a way." He says the sequel will arrive in theaters "no later than 2007."

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">I think instead of "exploring" the Hulk's curiosity, they should emphasize that he's a giant green monster that destroys anything in his path.

Just a thought.
